Call center polite but lacking on sensitivity when speaking with customers. Each contact (and there were about 4) felt they didn't care if I used the service or not. Made it clear arrival delay was my problem. Too long on hold before representative answered (reinforced the customer is not important). Pricing was confusing and felt I was not getting the best offer.

I took a week to think about my Zerorez experience before leaving a review. I want to start off by saying the cleaner was knowledgeable, and confident in the zerorez product. The reason my score is low is because the product did not work. I hired professionals to get rid of some deep coffee stains. The cleaner told me that the normal clean may not get rid of the stain long term as it may come back some time after cleaning if the stain is deep into the padding. He told me to be sure I will need to buy the deep clean option for $50 to get it out. I agreed and after everything was done the stain is still there. At that point he told me that no cleaner can guarantee to get a stain out. This is where the knowledge of my cleaner works against him. If he would have told me that this may not come out then I would have elected to not spend the extra 50. He was not forthcoming upfront with the risk. The basic service was not bad. I was happy with all other areas of the house where I did not have stains, but i wasted $50 on a service that did not work. It would be one thing if the cleaner told me that this is my best option, but there are no guarantees. But he was confident that this will get the stain out. If I would’ve paid for the basic package and had this result I would give a couple points higher, but I feel misled. I understand that there are no guarantees, but I do feel misled. The impression I got was Zerorez employees - salesman first then cleaners. If the stain came out then my review would’ve been good, but since I was misled I cannot recommend to my friends.

Our technician was very friendly and explained the options and costs very well. He performed the services in the time estimated and cleaned up any mess very well.

There was wax residue that was not fully removed by the cleaning, and I was told that two techs would be sent out to clean the church sanctuary, and would tip chairs back to clean under them. This did not happen. Chairs were cleaned around as much as possible, but the job was not as thorough as we were told it would be.

I live zerorez! Carpets are clean, feel clean, and price is reasonable!

Both service techs were great guys, but the duct cleaning service tech over charged $150 plus tax which I am waiting for a refund and the carpet cleaning was not successful and still has many dirty traffic areas.

Also, the phone sales staff person did not tell me when I questioned if the duct cleaning service was friction-based or chemical-based that there were both options available. They said it was friction-based and then tried to upsell me on the disinfectant service once they were on site; it felt like a bait and switch situation.

No residue left in carpet to attract more dirt.

I paid 700.00+ for 2 area rugs, cleaning of tile and sealing in 2 rooms.

My rugs were wet for three days, still smell, the tile that was supposed to have been cleaned still looks dirty in grout in both rooms I had treated, and I was not told when booking the appointment that the tile sealer had to “Cure” for 48 hours. My rugs were left outside to dry and I had to wrestle them back into the house all by myself.....I am very disappointed.
