We specifically chose Zerorez because of the lack of chemicals used in the cleaning process. We have a crawling child and wanted to be sure the carpets were clean, but also safe.

I felt the carpet in the living room area, could have been cleaner. The technicians equipment started to act up and not work correctly, but yet I had to pay the full price. I got 100 sq. ft. of tile cleaned for free. Still looked the same, no difference, kitchen floor was left soaking wet. I feel the one room should be re-done at no charge. I like to have technicians in my home who have been on the job awhile. I know everyone has to learn sometime, but I usually have unusual circumstances where someone with more experience would be able to help.

I feel bad for forgetting my technician's name but he was great! The service he provided was fantastic. I really enjoyed the time he took to show me the flash treatment and how well it works. I paid for the extra spot coverage and it just didn’t work. All the spots that were treated were still there. They didn’t change one bit. Had to do it my self with something I bought at the grocery store and the spot disappeared. Very disappointed. Won’t be using you again.
