I talked to the woman on the phone and said i wanted to do the 3 for 99. She said ok. Booked the apt and sent the guy out.
Within 10 minutes of being in our home we were being quoted upwards of $650. For a little more than that I could replace the carpet and pad in those two rooms.
I am fine with a little upsell, as a salesman by trade I can even appreciate it... but to quote me upwards of 600% is absurd.
Carpets are clean though.

One stain looked like it was gone but after the carpet dried the stain came back. Also thought the traffic pattern area could have been cleaned better. The tech said it couldn’t.

Zerorez does a good job of cleaning the carpets including spots. Technician seems to be very knowledgeable concerning his job and appears to enjoy his job. He wore shoe covers all the time and was very helpful in moving small furniture and protective of surroundings. My past experience with Zerorez has been that the spots do not return as with some other companies that I have used in the past.
Zerorez is professional, timely, and my carpet always looks amazing after they've cleaned it. I've used several carpet cleaners in the past. My carpet never looked as clean as it does after Zerorez has cleaned it.
