The service this time and the last time were not up to the standards set by the previous work by Zerorez technicians. I will have to decide whether to give them another chance. The technician was delightful and seemed professional however there were several areas where I was not completely satisfied with the work performed.
Knowledgeable, polite technicians who do not try to sell unnecessary services.
I like the fact that no chemicals are used and the carpet is just as clean as, if not cleaner than, traditional methods.
I did not see a big difference in your cleaning from others I have had .You are very expensive.

I like when a representative is very friendly and does the extra mile. The person who cleaned my carpets did a great job but he had a even better attitude. It is that kind of service that keeps me as a repeat customer!

Great job. Carpet looks new, and service was excellent.
It costs me too much money to get my furniture moved for you to do the work. He only cleaned one room. it is large but not equivalent to three rooms that i was charged. he said that is what i signed up for.

We were not entirely pleased with the work done on the tile floors. There is some kind of residue over the floor we have to clean ourselves. It is not easy to remove it. There are also splash marks on the kitchen furniture as well. It is very disappointin to be left with the mess. We were very pleased with the work done on the carpets. We will most likely to use your service on the carpets again. I do want to say that the technician, Charles, was very professional and personable. We were very happy with him.

Several stains are in the carpet and the stairs still reek of pee. The technician was kind and friendly but seemed to me to have rushed and did not do a good job. To make things right, you can clean the carpet for free next time and/or offer to send someone else to review the carpet, stains, and smell still present after treatment and make it right.

The technicians were very friendly and showed care when cleaning close to my furniture. Unfortunately, it took a long time for the carpets to dry..

Carpet cleaning service is an investment well worth the cost. Tile and grout grout cleaning is an “ok” product that is too expensive for what is required and accomplished.

I liked the product and was grateful for your services. The technician set expectations by letting me know that he would first assess the stains in my carpet on a small area to see the effectiveness of the solutions that were used. He shared that it would allow me to see if the stains were permanently embedded in the fibers of the carpet or if the treatment would remove the stains. Then he brought in a machine to break up the dirt and soil in the carpet before going through the cleaning process. After cleaning a small pretreated area and giving me an idea of how the entire floor would look upon completion, he took the time to make sure that I was comfortable with the process and was ok with him completing the job.
My technician was knowledgeable and passionate about the heat and steam, no residue process and showed me how much dirt was lifted from my carpet without using harsh chemicals. The young man was sharp and his acumen was very impressive. The technician was very professional and efficient. Consequently, I referred my neighbor to your company. My appreciation with Zerorez was more about the customer service than for the cleaning.
