I learned you, Zerorez, is only as good as your team hnician. Darwin was my 3rd tech for my annual carpet cleaning. He went above and beyond getting out stains that other techs said wouldn't come out. Thank goodness he is one of your trainers. I will ask for Darwin from now on!

Adrien was the consumables professional. My carpets were so nasty, especially the dining room. My best hope was that it would just be less nasty. All three rooms looked like new! I couldn’t believe how clean the carpets were! We will definitely be using ZeroRez again!

My service on Friday July 5 was great . The guys were very happy to assist in getting a coffee stain out and going over it more than once . They were making sure when the job was complete I was satisfied or did they need to do anything else . Great customer service

Not only are the carpets now clean; they look and feel much thicker like new carpet!
The technician was wonderful. Your customer service is great. The product is amazing. My carpet looks and feels how it did when we had it installed. I will definitely be a repeat customer. I’m so thankful that you guys were able to not only accommodate my schedule but the service was fast, my carpet only took a few hours to dry and all my stains have been removed.
The truck had faulty equipment and he hose leaked water as it was going through the house leaving water spots on the tile. The master closet, which is where he started, has a bad odor now that it is all dry. This is where he didn't seem to have good suction on his how. The technician was friendly and seemed hard working but the equipment was not in the best of shape.
