The guy who came (whose name I unfortunately cannot recall) was courteous, knowledgeable, asked questions about any stains, generally very pleasant, and very good at what he was doing. He asked in particular about an incorrigible blue stain that was on the living room carpet when we moved here, and I told him we'd had it professionally cleaned several times before, to no avail. He was able to make it almost invisible, much to our delight. And the downstairs hallway, which is the most high-traffic area in the house, was so dirty I thought we just needed to get new carpet. But NOooo...he magically managed to get it cleaner than it was when we moved in! We are forever HOOKED ON ZEROREZ! (PS - No one asked for a rave review, and I was certainly not compensated for it. It's an honest evaluation, and one I'm happy to share.)
Quality of results and promptness and professionalism of service.
I would have given a 5 if the crew leader didn’t come back to make it right. The person that first did our carpet and tile was not trained enough to be on his own, and really didn’t know what he was doing. The carpet and tile stayed wet for days and the stains he said he could get up didn’t.
When the experienced crew came they recleaned everything. They brought me a ball of debris that was the size of a softball they had pulled out of the carpet. It was a lot of hair, but also screws and pieces of plastic they sucked up from the carpet. I was quite upset about all the debris left over since I have small babies that are starting to crawl and that’s why I wanted the carpets cleaned, for their safety. In having to reclean the carpets this delayed our move in since we couldn’t move anything into the carpeted or tiled rooms. Very stressful.
I’m sure the new guy will work out in the future, but he needed more training. The second crew that came did an excellent job and got the job done right.

Easy to schedule - already shared with my sister in law!
Your office folks need training and consistency. Upon trying to make an appointment no one could give me whether it would be morning or afternoon. You did not call back timely to give me such information and I had to call you. I finally got three call backs each giving me a different time for arrival. On the day of service, I got three calls giving me three different times of arrival and one call saying the tech would be late.
Once the tech arrived, he was professional and courteous and did a very good job. Your booking needs vast improvement.
All of my flooring is so fresh and clean but not because of heavy perfumes or chemicals!! We also had an issue with our tile after it was cleaned & they came right back out and fixed it with zero issues!
