The area I had a pet treatment on still smells. Paid $175 for the treatment and dont think iit was worth it. Otherwise the carpets look great and the tech was nice and professional.
My whole house smells fresh and clean, thanks to Dalton's professional cleaning experience. My guests were very comfortable. I will use your services again.

I like the fact you don't use harsh chemicals! I have stage IV Cancer and can
NOT be EXPOSED to HARSH Chemicals. Jeffery did a GREAT job cleaning our carpets.
He really explained the process to me.

Excellent job. Easy to use website and arrival of cleaner was prompt and quick. He did struggle a bit as the space was a little larger than he expected but it turned out good.
We like the idea of no remaining residue after the floors are cleaned. The technician, Boston, was very professional, friendly and thorough. We had used other companies in the last couple of years but are glad we came back to Zerores.
As a Realtor I have recommended Zerorez for years. They show up on time, are professional and thorough. I called them out after water came on the carpet from all of the rain. After they left i moved a file cabinet and realized the water had come across and put rust stains on the floor. They came back out at no cost and cleaned the area.
I had my carpet replaced twelve years ago, don't have alot of traffic or pets but
it has some worn areas, So when the service tech came out he explained my problem
and told me that the worn area will not look as clean as the rest of my carpet. I let
him clean it and glad I did, It looks good. I should be able to keep my carpet a few
more years.

Eric, the person who came and cleaned my carpet, was professional, personable and most of all knowledgeable. He was thorough and quick. Eric did a great job!
The process is spectacular. No chemicals and leaves everything super clean.
The only thing lacking the way to set aside time for the apptmt. 2 hour windows, time frames not met. I usually waste at least a day just waiting for the service. Once the techs get here, everything is great, their friendly, informative and thorough.
Great technician There were problems with the hoses causing excess water on the floors. I have not received my receipt.

The technician was only going to clean only one side of the chair cushion it was caught when we did the walk through. He did go back and clean it but after he left I went to look at it and that side of the chair was hardly damp the arms and sides were neglected as well. Two other chairs were cleaned the back and the sides were not even damp, leaving me to believe they were not cleaned. In regards to the carpet I have always been pleased with the results, however this time I am sorely disappointed. The carpet feels crunchy when walking on it... in some places more than others. I would appreciate speaking with a manager to clarify a few questions I have.

Have been using Zerorez for years. Carpets come out clean looking and no smell. They are able to get out dirt in most used areas in the house. Will not use any other carpet cleaning company. J Frost
