The carpet cleaner (Jerome) arrived on time and was very professional through out. He was in and out in less than an hour and did an excellent job. I was highly pleased. No nasty chemical smell and the carpet was dry in 3 hours.

Carpet looks new and no more pet odor
Fast, efficient service. Carpet was DIRTY having 3 large dogs, with a doggie door do they go in and out all day. I could not walk on our carpet in socks without them getting dirty.
After Zerorez cleaned our carpets, and the carpets dried, I put on a brand new pair of white socks and slid around our higher traffic areas. I could NOT believe how white my sock bottoms were after that! I was amazed. I’m VERY impressed with the efficiency of their service. Wow.

Charles came out and did a very good job. Just like Chris earlier he explained EVERYTHING so a laymen like myself understood what was going on. I just checked the area he redid with the flash and it looks much better. I waited until it was really dry to look. Part of it I think is I know where the stain was and the type of carpet that is in that room so I see a shadow of what was there. It looks SSSOOOO good though and upstairs smell nice. Nice job. Charles was outstanding. Now I can start putting back together. Thank you.

After attempting to explain to the tech that there was a very large amount of animal urine in the rental home that my could not have made, the company continued to tell the realtor in charge of the unit that there were stains made by us that could not come out. Now the realtor is pushing to keep the all or some of the deposit.
I will explain again: where there were a large amount of urine, it was under large furniture such as couches, armoire, shelves, etc.. These large items were moved and placed before animals were present in the home, we had moved states and the last thing to arrive were them when the house was complete.
I also did not receive any word back whatsoever about these issues. I was obliviously unaware that there were any issues after the cleaning and my name is still on the lease.
This is terrible service all the way around. I will find another company to do my bi-annual carpet cleanings and I will advise others I have attempted to help in my industry find a new cleaning service as well.
They are all natural!! Leaves no residue. I used zerorez before to have a residential property's carpet cleaned. The cleaning made the carpet look darn good!! I was so pleased! And I am Very pleased that my own carpets look great again!!! I will use them again someday. I will refer them to friends and family.
