Very rude service tech. Spent 32 minutes doing three rooms in a 1700 square foot home. Job was poorly done. I called to request refund and was told that protocol is to send someone to redo first. I do not wish to have anyone from this company in my home again. I again request a refund of the $199 paid for this job.

Called with problem after tile floor cleaning. Warped wood flooring that was adjacent. No response after a week. Very disappointed.

You always make my carpets look like brand new again! The service technicians are always very nice. Raymond in particular... he has cleaned my carpets twice (most recently last week). He is so friendly and courteous.

Fabio did an outstanding job on our carpet, pulling out deep worn in and long existing stains that were not able to be removed by other vendors. He was extremely courteous and professional, and has made us a lifelong customer!

The person who came to clean my carpet was on time and very efficient. He cleaned the carpet,the tile in one room and was on his way. I had a coupon and he accepted that and gave the discount. He told me the gift card would be mailed at a later date.
