I've used your services before. This time I wasn't happy; the carpet looked like they were not cleaned. You could tell where the furniture was and my carpet is only 4 years old. I did mention it to Luke; but he stated that; that's the way it is. He didn't offer any solution; also I was suppose to get a certain amount of my floor tiles cleaned and it was not offered or done.
Luke was ok. He was finished FAST.

Your on the radio station kluv but they never said it’s a set area for the price y’all advertise and the floor is still wet today.but it did come clean which is great.and the man that was there was very nice and very informative. So I will recommend your company.
