I like the process used to clean the floors. And, Travis was very friendly and professional.
The carpet always look like new and the house smells so good. Also, they cleaned our tiled floor in the kitchen and they looked like new.
The technician did a great job and we were well-pleased with his work and attitude. However, we were quite disappointed in the timing of his arrival. We didn't feel like the communications person kept us informed about the late arrival. We were scheduled from 8-10am and received a call at 10 saying it would be closer to 11. Then we got a call at 11:15 saying he would arrive in 10 or 15 minutes and he finally arrived at 11:55. That wasn't very good. We were not happy about that but the quality of your technician's work made us feel better.

Carpets are not left soaked....products do get traffic areas looking like new. I have used Zerorez several times, however once in a while I have tried another company due to cost. MISTAKE, for the difference in money, I could not compare the final result! Techs really seem to know what they are doing, very courteous!

I was very impressed with the service Chris provided in cleaning my carpet. Before he even began he gave me detailed information of how and what was involved with the cleaning of my carpets and the tile in my kitchen. I am very grateful for the job he performed. He also mentioned the fact that you also provide stretching of areas in my carpets that need stretching, so I will be sure to contact you later when I am financially able to do that as my next home project!

I like the product for its stain elimination. The people are very personable and kept me apprised of the arrival which I truly appreciate.
My only issue was they sent one person to clean 3 rooms of carpet so tables, couches, nightstands were not cleaned under. The last time I had my carpets cleaned two individuals were sent out and they picked up the furniture, cleaned under then put the furniture back down on sponges to keep the legs from getting damp. In the future, I will request two individuals.

Service Technician was very polite and efficient and we are very pleased with the result.
The technician Darwin did an excellent job in all respects and was very courteous. He explained what he was doing and why he was doing it. He was very knowledgeable about the process and offered tips on how to maintain the floors. If/when I need the service again, I will be asking for Darwin.

Your guy cut corners and seemed to be more interested in up-selling us then doing the work. He spilt water all over our new hardwood floors and my wife had to clean it up. We were also informed that he was headed to our house at 3:30 and he didn’t arrive at our house until after 5. I don’t want to pay for the rooms he cut corners in and I don’t want to pay for the treatments he upsold me on... it seems to me that he is paid on upsells and not paid on the job he does for a client. Not a happy customer.
