During our cleaning of our home today we found a 3” x 1/2” damaged corner of our hall into our bedroom. This was very odd as we could not find the missing piece of the drywall. Since just my wife and live in our home and neither one of us noticed anything on the floor we are at a loss to how this happened. Our only thought and plausible reason for the damage was possibly done during the carpet cleaning with the hoses, and equipment entering and leaving our master bedroom thru this hallway.
If this was damaged was caused by this cleaning we should have been told and shown the damage before the person left our home a week ago June 14, We have nothing to gain from this we just feel very disappointed about not being told.

I liked the quality of the work that was provided, and the efficiency of the technicians. My carpets and tile certainly look much better. The tile in the kitchen and bath look so much better than before the cleaning. My carpeting is probably around 20 years old and it looks better than I expected.

Tech did a nice job. The furniture looks very nice!

I didn't need 3 rooms to be cleaned. I only needed one room, one short hallway and a small rug.
They worked with me and gave me a great deal including the free 100 sq. ft. of tile cleaning.
I also had him do the rest of the tile in my entryway and kitchen after seeing the results of the first part of the job. TJ was professional, courteous and very businesslike in his approach.
I gave him the name of a friend who owns a business that might need some cleaning done.

I would like to have technician who is willing and flexible instead of threatening the customer that he could cancel the appointment .

I just like how clean the carpet is.

The animal stains that came up the last time. They only got lighter. I was charged 2 gallons of
your pet removal at $75 each. There was no mention of a free steam. I ask him to move and clean under 2 small light wait tabes and to roll out my 2 drawer file cabinet and clean. He agreed. He did not. He wore his regular shoes in the house with out not being covered.

My experience with Cesar and Zerorez was wonderful. He did a wonderful job and did it in a timely manner. He was polite and friendly.

I will always use Zerorez and Cesar for my carpet and tile cleaning....
