Great Technician. Was very nice and helpful
When I first called in to schedule the appointment, the receiver was very cold. I mentioned to her that Zerorez was referred to me by a friend and spoke very highly with your services. Crickets on the other end, never went into detail about your services. I received a text message on Wednesday, 4/17, click on the link to confirm, which I did. And in the message it stated that the technician would arrive between 8am - 10am. On Saturday, 4/20 @ 7:48am received text tech would arrive in about 55 minutes. At 9:03am tech had yet to arrive, so I called the young lady stated that the driver was sick and had to pull over and would be sending another tech. I called again around 10am to confirm and the young man stated that the tech was delayed at another house and more than likely would not arrive until between 11 and 11:30am. By this time I was furious, because have of my day had been wasted on playing this waiting game. I told him if they were not at my home by 11am I would be leaving. Luckily the tech did arrive on time. I asked him what had happened and he stated this this was not his area, but since 3 people called out he was sent. I know it was this techs fault, but he did do a great job, but your communication needs to improve.

The "free" tile floor in my kitchen got partially cleaned, then left until I asked and it was going to cost another $175 to get it cleaned. If it did not fall under the free amount of tile, I should have been told BEFORE it was started. Obviously I am not going to leave my floor half cleaned. I had verified with the girl who took my appointment that the floor had been in full the last time they cleaned it.
This was also after additional add-ons I had already taken. Very disappointed that my $200 ended up costing over $500.

Just had the best carpet cleaning ever. Got out all the stains. Cleaned all the edges of the carpets against the walls which were almost black before. Even a couple room with older carpets look great. Darwin, our technician, was fantastic. Have already recommended him to our neighbors.
Great technology- used Zerorez before and worked well. This time around again service was well explained and options given. Your representative Steven also showed example in our room how the different cleaning choices worked, so we could make an informed decision.

Ricardo was very professional, timely, actually earlier than the window given but that worked out better for me. He was knowledgable, answered my questions, and did a great job in a very reasonable amount of time. Highly recommend!
