Carpets smell clean rather than perfumed. It's important that you do not use chemicals and the equipment provides good water extraction that enables to carpet to dry faster.
The service tech was friendly, professional, and worked carefully. We had a couple grease stains on the carpet that he was able to remove. The carpet dried quickly and looks great.

Just had 3 rooms and a hallway carpet cleaned. The service tech was friendly, courteous, and efficient. He explained what he was going to do. He did the work quickly and the carpets looked terrific. When he was done he explained what to do to help it dry, and how to walk on it if I needed to (clean socks). He also suggested to put a towel on the hardwood floor so that I wouldn't slip going from wet carpet to hard floor. He did everything very well.
Very professional did a very good job of cleaning my carpet.
24 hours after our carpets were cleaned all of the spots returned.

The associate worked to try and remove stains in the carpet. I have used other carpet cleaners that just do a quick run over the carpet and run.
The tech was fabulous! So knowledgeable. I love the fact that my carpet and furniture are soft when they are dry. My house just smells clean.

First I want to say your technician was fantastic. He was polite, professional, and worked very hard- he went above and beyond actually. As an employee and representative of your company I rate him a 10!!
However, I’m giving ZeroRez a 0 b/c my carpet barely looked clean (and I don’t believe this has anything to do with the tech but rather your method). My carpet is only 1 year old and has been cleaned once already by Stanley Steamer. After Stanley cleaned it- it looked brand new....dog pee and kid poptart stains and all! That was not near the case with Zero Rez. I understand not all stains are removable, and I didn’t expect that- but even the dingy high traffic areas still look dingy after your process. I’m probably going to have Stanley clean again. I feel I wasted $275. Your online scheduling process was great, and your tech was great, but the final result was just very disappointing. My mother said she had the same experience with you but I ignored her b/c I know her to be “hard to please”. She was spot on in this situation.
I had my carpet cleaned on Thursday of last week and the gentleman did a below average job. I had you guys out several times and this was the worst. I wasn't home but my mom was in town and she told me what happened. She said when the guy was finished she went to check on his work and it was obvious he didn't even touch certain places in the room. When confronted with this information, he didn't even deny it, just got his equipment and attended to the places she noticed were not addressed. He also left without doing my 100 sq feet of tile. (My mom didn't know he was supposed to do this).
This is my first time using zerorez. Excellent experience! The technician was professional, thorough, and polite. And my carpet and tile look amazing!!Will definitely be using them again!
