My initial contact with making the call to schedule the appointment was disappointing as the receptionist wan uncaring in answering my questions and seemed to hurry me through the call.

I decided not to judge the company on her lack of interpersonal customer service skills.

My technician was Dustin, who showed up on time , with a smile. He was very personable, courteous and mindful of my home with his careful procedures.

I was pleased with what he did and asked about 2 chairs in which he did a " dirt " test to let me know if they indeed were dirty. The fabric was very dark brown so I couldn't tell.

Dustin also cleaned a iconic mid century chaise lounge for me which was not on the original appointment request.This was not scheduled mainly because of the person taking my call.

Five year old pet stains and odors gone in less than one hour. No, it wasn’t cheap, but it was quick and easy. I got an appointment the same week I called. My favorite carpet won’t need to be disposed of; I’m really glad you still believe in radio advertising because I must have heard that commercial dozens of times, but I’m not sure if this was the first time they mentioned pet odor removal. It really did the trick - only two stains remain, and they were ones I created when I treated it myself!

It was fast, affordable, and I'm very pleased with the results.

Don’t ignore and leave spots. Which is really the only reason I needed you to come in the first place.

Carpets are too wet after cleaning. Pricing for additional services is much too high. Have used this service many times and find that I may need to try another service next time.
