Althoughit took a reservice, it does appear that the pet treatment worked. The representative that did the work was very knowledgeable, professional and easy to work with.

When I’ve had my carpets cleaned in the past, the carpet usually has a great clean smell to it. My office smelled like every gross smell was pulled up to the surface of the carpet. My master bedroom carpet was likely unsalvagable, so I’m not complaining about that room. The stains did come out of the carpet in the office though.
