The technician, Tristin, who performed the duct cleaning was very professional, personable, and thorough. Zerorez should be happy to have him as an associate..
When the technician arrived and looked at the rooms I wanted cleaned, I pointed out one area that need special attention (food spots). Trouble with the truck (not the worker's fault) made for 30-40 minutes between arrival and the beginning of the cleaning. I assume he forgot about the the area that needed extra attention. This morning, when the area finally dried, I noticed many spots were still there. I did not notice the problem yesterday because the carpet was quite wet.
Had you out twice now to clean pet stains. Paid the extra money, but still have visible stains

It has always been a simple and easy process that doesn't take long at all. Once complete, it looks like new! The service is wonderful and has always been a pleasant experience. I have done this for the past two years and will keep getting this service done every year.

Carpet not that clean and already shows high traffic dirt a month later
It was super easy to schedule, and the technician arrived right on time and did a great job. I called the day before to find out if there would be hidden fees or extras added on at the time of service. The agent explained the optional add-ons, which seemed reasonable and exactly matched what the technician offered the next day at my home. One of our pups had some kidney issues a few weeks ago, and so I did add one special treatment. However, I didn't feel pressured by the technician, which was my fear. I would definitely use your service again, and would recommend it to others!
