I prefer not to be bothered with technicians that should be cleaning the carpet, not try to sell me services I do not need. This really irritated me doing the visit.

We went from a $500 quote to almost $2,000. How can you charge $75 a gallon for cleaning solution? It worked well but, $75 dollars a gallon?
The zerorez teck C.J. Was Excellent and we were amazed with the results - our full house carpet looks new again . Im over joyed, we thought to give zerorez a try as new carpet for our home upper $5000 , and we were signing the contract but tried zerorez and voided it asap. C J informed me of everything and showed me a section he cleaned so I could see if I approved . I DID and my husband and I are so Blessed , were goong to do furniture and area rugs now. Cant believe how inexpenise the services are. Thank you CJ at Zerorez in Mesquite TX .

When Zerorez is finished with your carpets they look like new. They always do a great job. They are on time when they set your appointment. Their techs are well versed in their products as well as the cleaning process. You can depend on their service to be great. I have always been pleased with their service.
