I scheduled my appointment for a 4-6pm timeframe. I took off work early to make this time work. I arrived at my new house which was empty at 3:45. The technician arrived at 7:15pm. An hour and fifteen minutes late. After about 15 or 20 minutes of checking the area and setting everything up, he told me the motor is broken and that they needed to reschedule. At 8pm I was still at my house with no service completed and needing to come back to the house the next day and take off more time from work. I was supposed to get 3 rooms for $99 and my bill ended up around $150. I called the manager and was told I’d receive a gift card and it’s been 3 weeks and nothing. Horrible customer service. Nothing but inconsistencies and lies. I wouldn’t recommend this company. All the ads on the radio with nothing to back it up.

I was expecting a circular pad cleaning and instead the water extraction method was used. Stains are still present and I feel that the job was not completed completely or the way as advertised.

Zerorez actually cleans the carpet!
after the carpet was cleaned 2 days later the stains came back and the carpet looked like it had a dark shade on half of the carpet. You can see where the water was put down and where it was picked up it makes it seems like I have two tone carpet.

Outstanding service from the technician Mike. The carpet was left very clean, looked better than the day we moved into the house. The Zerorez product is the real deal, some very set in pet stains were lifted out of the carpet without all of the harsh shampoos and chemicals.

Had to call and have you come out and redo two of the rooms. The first guys that came out did not move the small cabinet that was easy to move. I could’ve moved it if I had I been asked. And then the living room they didn’t even try to get out the coffee stains. Neither offered treatment on it. When I questioned them they said they had already put away their hose and had me sign and left. They were in my home less than 30 minutes. So I called again and they did send another young man out
He was very good. I told him the whole story and by this time we had moved the little cabinet so he could see. He treated it and he got every bit of it up out of the bedroom. he worked and worked, Even did some extra spots that the other guy had missed. He went into the living room, he treated it and most of the coffee came out. There’s a slight shadow but much better. He was attentive and professional and he spent at least 40 minutes by himself on those two areas.
The only reason I would possibly not use you again is I would never want those first two guys brought out. Second guy, he was very good.
The service was great. When the technician arrived, his estimate was $200 more than what we were quoted. We had to work with to bring down to what we were quoted on the phone.
