The fact that you stand behind your service and were willing to return immediately to make a correction, in order to give us excellent results...Technician Lakeem was very personable and professional, and he did a great job.
Easy to make an appointment online, fast communication from staff, prompt arrival in the appointment window, courteous, efficient technician. Very happy.
- The crews were late to our jobsite and didn’t start at 7:00am as discussed.
- The rooms I needed cleaned were not cleaned. Although your crews state ‘a few spots were touched up’ I have no documentation showing anything was cleaned.
- They did not check in with me before leaving so there is no way of verifying hours and how long the crews were actually on site.
Ron was supposed to call me yesterday after he met with his supervisor but I did not receive a call. Also, your crew that was coming to pick up the machines never called me. The lack of communication all together was a failure.

your products are great all the dirty spots were gone and the guys explained how it worked and did e sample before they started were very friendly and professional

I paid a lot of money for the flash extraction because I was told on the phone and again by the technician that is was guaranteed, but when I got the receipt it says non-guaranteed. I would not have spent the money if I was told the truth. I am very upset about this and will be sharing this with everyone.

Arrived early. Explained process thoroughly and in simple terms. Did the work efficiently and very quickly. Carpets looked as good as they did the day of original installation. Highly recommend Zerorez not only for product but Outstanding Service. The Best I have seen in a very, very long time.

The cost and thoroughness
As a facility manager I count on my vendors to provide professional service, on time, at a reasonable cost. I have been a long tine customer of Zerorez and truly appreciate the working relationship that we have. All I need to do is contact Ron or Ed and they get me scheduled and I know they will take care of my issues. For example. Zerorez came out and cleaned my my hallways and carpeted gym, yes carpeted, Ed did a wonderful job as usual. 3 days later I had an HVAC drain failure and soaked a classroom 1 day before school starting. 1 phone call. Ed was onsite and made my new carpet look like new AGAIN!
