I was quoted $350 to clean several rooms a hallway and a staircase in my home. That is a little higher than we have paid in the past but you had excellent recommendations so I chose to go with your company. Once the technician came out he told me it would actually be $2,400 to clean my carpet appropriately. Which is so beyond ridiculous I have no words. There are two rooms that had significant pet odor. Those rooms still have significant pet odor. I realize there may not be anything I can do about this other than to replace the carpets. I was disappointed with the degree to which I had to advocate for myself and for acceptable service in order for the job to be completed. After the first run upstairs I could lightly touch the carpet with a white cloth and get dirt, discoloration and odor on the cloth. The technician readdressed the areas of concern but I will not be using or recommending your company in the future.

Alexis was professional and polite. I had not gotten my carpets professionally cleaned since I moved into my house almost 11 years ago--but they look great now. I was eager to see how clean my carpets could get without chemicals--which I like to avoid when I can--and I'm pleased that it worked so well.

We have used Zerorez for about 15 years. They are excellent at getting out stains and dirt. I have used Service Master, Stanley Steemer. Zerorez is the best!

Scheduling was a nightmare. I scheduled online, then realized I wasn’t available at that time. When I called to reschedule, they said the day was booked. After getting off the phone, I looked online and the afternoon was still open. I immediately called back and they said there was nothing available. I asked them to cancel my appointment so I could book it online and they said no. Mysteriously during that phone call the afternoon appointments disappeared. Someone called me later and left a voicemail about an opening from 1-3, so I called back. I had already rescheduled all of our appointments so I wanted to keep our early morning appointment with Zerorez. No one answered. The next morning around 9:45 I called to ask where our technician was and they said we were scheduled from 1-3. I never authorized this change. She told me I could reschedule for another day. I was very upset. She then found a technician who was available 10-12.

The guy who came to clean our carpets was very quick, kind, and did a great job, but the scheduling process was a giant headache. I do think y’all do great work, but I was very frustrated with this experience.

The service is expensive. My house is very small, but I pay the same amount as others with larger homes and rooms. Also stain removal costs additional. That should be disclosed prior to scheduling.

Outstanding service and Outstanding cleaning

I am a regular customer. I was not happy with the results on the last cleaning. Some service techs are great, others are not. I have noticed a lot of uneven work from the last two services we have had. We had to have the stairs re-done and the re-do was awesome. The first tech did a crappy job and the gentleman that came to make-good did an awesome job. I was glad about that but it made me realize we have had some crappy stair work done in the past compared to what this gentleman did. This most recent "three rooms and a hall" was not so good and he tried to use a lot of spot up-charge on just dirt from the yard, which I've never had any issues with in the past or up-charge. Now his over treatment has left spots. Never have I had this problem in the past. I think he over did the spot treatment. Sadly my wife was in charge and I was not there to intervene. We had a tea stain,different issue, but it did not come out completely. Tech charged us for only the tea stain, fine, but not all that good of results, and over-all I was unhappy with the entire treatment and job. I need to have another cleaning. I know this is a good method, and I like Zerorez, it's just you have to get a really good tech, because some just don't do it right. Service Tech work is very uneven. I was NOT happy this last time, but will continue to use them. I need to be present and a re-do.
