The technician did a very good job explaining what he was going to do. Priced the job and did a very through job! I was very pleased.

Note: My carpet was cleaned in a satisfactory manner, and I have no problems with the result of the carpet cleaning process.
My disappointment comes from with my discussion with the original scheduler, and then having the technician show up and not provide the service that I originally requested.
WBAP radio had advertised a Zerorez carpet cleaning special of 3 rooms and 100 sq ft of tile cleaned for $99. I called the same day to schedule the service, and mentioned the tile cleaning.
However, when the tech arrived, he said they don't do tile cleaning anymore, but he would call the office, and they would listen to the original call, and then he would let me know his finding. Later, after he spoke to the office, he let me know that he couldn't do the tile cleaning. If the scheduler had said that originally, then I would have called another carpet cleaning company, and not have wasted my time with Zerorez not honoring their advertisements.
BTW, even tho he refused to clean the tile, my ultimate cost was still over $180 for the $99 special.

I purchased my first home and it was really important to me to ensure our carpets and bathrooms were cleaned very well. Tristan was fantastic to work with and took the time to test and show me what the services would look like before I committed. His team had a great attitude, took very good care of my home and did a wonderful job!
It’s natural without chemicals, safe for kids and pets, dries quickly bc it’s not sopping wet like steam cleaning is. The technicians have always been courteous, professional and quick and thorough.
Zerorez performed the best carpet cleaning service we’ve ever had. Both technicians were very professional and friendly. We will definitely use Zerorez on our next cleaning and we hope they send the same technicians they sent this time. The company and the techs are a ten out of ten.

The technician who cleaned our carpets was really good. The carpets look great and either all of the stains were completely cleaned or they were not as noticeable. We appreciate the time he took in the cleaning process.
Usually when a company cleans our air ducts, they clean from the vents and clean the ceiling of dirt and debris. Your cleaning did not do that so now we will have another company clean the ducts the next time. We probably will not use your duct cleaning service again.
The technicians that came out were absolutely INCREDIBLE!!! Beyond nice and I just can't say enough about how great they were! Thank you!!
To improve? You could have scheduling reps that are courteous and polite. Customer focused. Helpful attitude, with the goal of making each customer interaction a pleasant one. The one I spoke with was cold and defensive, almost to the point of being argumentative.
When I attempted to ask her about the air duct cleaning process, she cut me off, and went back to her "programmed sales speech". It was clear that she didn't really understand the process and was not able to go into any detail.
If it wasn't for my past positive experience with Zerorez, I would have hung up and called another company.
Yes, your air duck and "murmer" commercials are cute but with as much as you spend on advertising, you can't afford to lose business due to poor customer service. Name removed
P.s. the tech that came out to do the carpets did a great job. Fast, efficient, polite and did a thorough cleaning.
