No chemicals, great service
The Tech was very detailed regarding the costs associates with cleaning our carpets and just as detailed cleaning them. He took his time to ensure the job was done right and he did not cut any corners. I would highly recommend Zerorez to anyone that finds value in quality work.
The technician was very prompt and fast! And the cleaning was very good, lots of stains were erased.

Cleans like no other. Technicians very professional and competent. I wouldn’t use anyone else for my carpets. My favorite technician is Raymond. He does an outstanding job and very personable.
The technicians and service was great! I received calls and texts to update me on times and dates.
Now that carpet is dry it still looks the same. Tech appeared to be rushing. The lightly soiled areas are still there.
I want a refund or my services done again as I will have a large gathering for the holidays.

I called and explained to the gal that took my first call that I needed a morning appointment because I couldn’t be at our home in the mid to late afternoon. She assured me that I could have a morning spot. When the tech didn’t show up in the morning I called and was told that my request was simply put down as a note and they could not service me in the morning. Apparently there is no such thing as booking a morning appointment - schedules are left to the company’s whim. Most of my girls friends would want Morning times as well since they too have young children. Until Zerorez can book times according to my open mornings I cannot use this service or recommend it.

The staff member was polite and he did an outstanding job. My carpet looked like new.
The young man ( I am sorry I have forgotten his name) was excellent!! He was very polite and very much anxious to please. He went over several areas multiple times until I was satisfied with the results. My stairs look better than they have in the multiple times I have used Zerorez. I am always pleased with the results, but this time, even more so!!!

The technician arrive on time and did through job clean my air duct, very professional.
The process was done quickly from the time he started until it was dry enough to put furniture back in place. We used a competitor a few years back and it seemed to take days to get dry and even after that we still had wet spots. End result a couple spots where color bled out of the table leg. He was able to get the out this time.

When I called about a couple of spots that I thought needed to be redone, Customer Service was very accommodating and scheduled a return visit to touch up the spots.
Darwin was the carpet cleaning serviceman that came to my home. He explained the process, made recommendations for keeping my carpet clean and finished the job quickly. He was efficient and I will deifnitely recommend him
