Good service and results
We were very pleased with the service from Zerorez - we chose this company as there were many favorable recommendations on our NextDoor app. We were given the price and set up the appointment easily.
Their tech Raymond arrived on time and was extremely pleasant and professional. He did a wonderful job of informing us what he would be doing and we were able to add a rug to the cleaning at a fair price.
We wouldn't hesitate to recommend this company for your carpet cleaning needs.
there were still some spots on my couch that could have been removed. Although the couch was very dirty its possible the tech didn't notice them as the couch was still wet once they left

The crew was very professional and courteous. They explained everything and were very careful in our home. I really appreciated that. However the cleaning results were just OK. There were stains that were either missed or just did not come out and should have been pre-treated better. It was not a good value for the money.

I like that my carpets are cleaned fast, they dry fast, and don't feel stiff once they're dry since there are no soaps used. They look and feel great!

My tech was on time (actually called and asked to come 30 minutes early!! I was happy about that) he was professional, smart & Careful with my furniture went above and beyond! Explained everything. Very Happy.
