I was disappointed that he wasn't able to get up 2 of the stains that I didn't think were as bad as the ones he did get up. But I really appreciated his ability to explain about odors. We seem to be suceptable to treatment put in den. Really is nice to not be embarrassed by our dirty carpets anymore.
Technician was very professional and took the time to explain additional services. He cleaned the carpet thoroughly without rushing.
The Service Guy- (Fabian) is outstanding- Works hard and does a Excellent job, I like the smell of the Orange - Pre-treatment cleaner- Excellent

My carpets look beautiful! & smell fresh! I feel good about the products used on my carpets. Making an appointment is quick and easy. I was sent a call & text to let me know when Zerorez was on their way to my home. The technician who cleaned my carpets was professional, listened to what I wanted, considerate & a very hard working young man.
Carpet wasn't sticky after it was cleaned. Service was excellent. On time and courteous .
LOVE YOU GUYS!!! I had an issue with my couch having odor and had zero problem getting y’all out three different times to eventually get it taken care of. Y’all definitely have a “ whatever it takes attitude which is hard to find in this day and age. I would recommend Zerorez to anyone.

The techs explain everything they are doing and how it works. The carpets look fresh longer after they are cleaned by Zerorez than with other companies

My first experience with ZeroRez was spectacular. Not this time. The first technician rushed through the service leaving my carpet looking like a zebra on a Wednesday with my birthday party Friday. Your huge asset LAKEEM came to the rescue at the end of the day Thursday but now I have to move all my furniture in the day of my party for my birthday due to the first tech. The end result is satisfactory but the path to get it was dissatisfying.
