The technician that zerorez send out are extremely professional and informative. He comes in explains what he’s doing and why he’s doing it. The technician I had was amazing he finished all 3 rooms promptly.
We love how fresh and clean the carpets are after the Technician finishes.

At first I was concerned about a couple of pet urine smells that remained (that were my main reason for cleaning and paying extra), but I gave it a few days to dry and break down, and now it seems to be gone.
The technicians were very professional, walked us through the process and were in and out in a timely manner prior to our family being here for the Thanksgiving Holiday.

He was concerned over the 7 carped/pet stained spots and informed us it would be $75 per spot. He explained thoroughly, competently and gave us the option on how to proceed.

My disappointments included not honoring the coupon that I had mentioned when I booked your service. The cost was very prohibitive to remove the stains. My husband assured me we could replace the carpet for the two rooms for the same cost. It was still more expensive than quoted on the phone.
