We love our carpet after zerorez comes. It is totally clean and looks like brand new. It doesn't have the usual flowery smell that other companies leave in carpet. Their process maintains the life of the carpet because they just use water. The tech's are professional and totally competent.

We still have several spots that did not come up at all.
Sending a technician to my house that lied ( will not even lift a shoe and all dirty spots were still present and said it was from my carpet type and your team does not lift anything even if under 50 ibs) and did not clean and when I called your team made it sound like I was lying about your technician not cleaning. After your supervisor came and had to reclean my entire house and confirmed that your first technician really did no work in my house not even a phone call to apologize. Will not be using your services in the future

The technician that treated my carpet, Torrence, was a very nice guy. He did a great job and was super friendly, courteous and helpful!
The technician was polite and efficiently cleaned the carpet and was able to remove several of the stains I did not think they would come out. The cost was very affordable.

Zerorez lets you pick your appointment day and time. They are great about notifying you the day before and even the day of the appointment.

Love that deep cleaning! Tech was punctual, proficient, and efficient -- while I continued to work-from-home. He was courteous and knowledgeable about his trade. Cleaning 3 rooms and one loveseat took no time at all.
