I have used Mario for years and he told me he went to work for your company and explained to me the difference about the cleaning chemicals and process my wife and I could really see the difference in our carpets and we have two dogs that have accidents and the difference was amazing . We will be using Zerorez from now on instead of Stanleysteamer
Great customer service
Service has always been exceptional and my technician was very knowledgeable, warm, and friendly. He answered all of my questions thoroughly and did a fantastic job.
My carpet is always so clean.
Prices are too high. I was quoted, over the phone, $124 for the three room special (99.00) and additional charges (24.00) for protection.
When the tech finished, the bill quoted exceeded $200.00. I still haven't received a copy of my receipt, although I canceled enough to bring the bill down below $200.00.
Great Technician!
The tech worked very efficient and explained all the products to me! He is definitely an asset to the company! Very easy to schedule appointment online and they confirm the appointment the day before. I will use them again because there was no lingering cleaner smell to deal with! Very happy with the service they preformed.

Excellent in all ways. Easy to schedule, Timely arrival by the employee, very careful in his movements in the house. Protected the corners and carried the hoses instead of dragging them. Kept me informed as to what he was doing. Very professional.

You don’t use soap. Your method gets my carpets very clean.
Raymond was very knowledgeable and respectful of the house. He answered my questions thoroughly and completely. The only thing that would have improved it would have been if he had some assistance. Three units seemed to be a larger job and assistance would likely have sped up the process. Despite the amount of time which was a little longer than I had expected, I was appreciative of the work that was done.

Professional service, on time, done right
Duct cleaning tech was initially sent out with second-line equipment, even though we purchased the premium package. Thus necessitated a reschedule, which moved tge duct cleaning AFTER the floor cleaning (which wasn’t what we wanted). The duct work ended up being top-notch, though, and Raymond’s professional attitude and diligence were also top-notch.
The floor cleaning tech, Fred, arrived two hours late. He was very professional and polite, and he worked very hard to finish, but because of the late hour (nearly 10 pm), he and I both failed to carefully inspect his shower-cleaning work. Consequently, the showers were not as clean as we had hoped for $250 a pop.
Overall, about $3,000 for inauspicious starts to both appointments and a bit less than top-of-the-line work on the showers.
