I have used Zerorez for several years and I value the professionalism and willing to keep me happy with great service.
Your company always does a lovely job cleaning the carpets but this time I had a couple of qualms.
First the billing. It was 3 rooms for $99. I have carpet in 2 rooms, both small compared to today’s norm, yet the tech charged me $30 for the hallway. I’ve never been charged for the hallway. It could have been considered a third room.
Second, when I was paying the invoice the 2 techs stood above me and suggested a tip if I so desired. The carpet was too wet to check so I had no idea if they deserved a tip and I’ve never been ask for a tip before. It was uncomfortable for me. Since the advertised rate was $99 for 3 rooms and the actual bill was $228.67 I felt I’d paid enough without tipping.
Pay your techs more so they don’t have to ask for a tip!
The technician was very friendly and did a great job on the carpets. He worked very quickly and gave detailed instructions for the carpet drying process after the carpets were cleaned. I would use the service again because I do not like the use of chemical cleaning agents for my family and pets.
The carpet guy was very friendly and helpful. He was also very knowledgeable.

They are natural produces and the service given by employees is exceptionally efficient and professional.
Mario did an incredible job. We highly recommend him.
One thing that was missed is an ottoman that we was to clean and sitting beside the love seat
and we didn't pay any attention to it till after he left. Mario was showing the love seat that looked remarkable and just overlooked the ottoman.
If you would have him come by and do this we will share your company with several neighbors.

Carpets are clean
My carpet smells clean, its soft and it dried pretty fast.
