Friendly people and job well done
I am so disappointed in the quality and professionalism of the service done last week. I ordered protectant spray that was not performed (the service agent said it didn't exist). The pet treatment was only performed in a small area that was not the worst stain and also was ineffective. The carpets really didn't look cleaner overall or smell any different. Furthermore, big streaks were left in the carpet. It seemed when the service agent was doing his work that he had to stop and start as if his equipment wasn't working properly. I had scheduled this appointment at 3:30-5:30 as I am at work during the day. However, he showed up two hours early so noone was able to let him in. I am so disappointed in this service that I don't feel as though it warranted moving the furniture to do it. I could've used a home cleaner and gotten the same result!

What a great experience! Wonderful communication from start to finish! Technicians were so friendly and professional. They explained everything before and after. They were timely & quick but thorough. My carpets looked great, the house smelled fresh and my tile grout looked amazing. Oh, and at a great price too! Will definitely recommend and will use again!

No soap, infused water
Technician was. wonderful, on time, professional and courteous. This was my first time with zerores and was a bit disappointed in the high traffic areas in comparison to our previous cleaner of chem dry.

Zerorez' Carpet Cleaners were professional , friendly, and knowledgeable about the kinds of treatments required to best remove a particular stain or soiling of different carpets or rugs. They use steam from a contained water source that Zerorez provides, to then draw out the stains that leave no sticky residue. My most recent agent was very helpful and worked quickly to complete the service, offering assist to move some items if needed. I was able to save $ on a special offered for previous customers and was very satisfied by the results and would recommend this service over other types of carpet cleaning I had tried in the past. B. They do a good job and the carpet always looks wonderful. In addition the air in the house is cleaner when they are done.

Stains didn't come out and still very noticable. It's one thing to have a green non toxic cleaning product for less exposure to. Chemicals, but there is a time and a place for other stuff... especially when your greener products don't work. Sometimes its necessary to use something more harsh to get the job done. There were walk patterns and a couple coffee stains that were not removed by your cleaner. Not real happy with the quality.
