Our Technician, Ricardo was friendly, happy in his work and was happy to show us the before and after videos. He only recommended things we needed and now we are breathing better after the air duct cleaning and anti fungal treatment. Thank you Zerorez!!

The technician was very informative and professional.
Our 12 yr old carpet was last cleaned 6 years ago but was not overly dirty. However, it did look really crunched down in the high traffic areas. New flooring is not in the budget this year, and we didn’t really know if cleaning the carpet would help. But, WOW! Our carpet looks GREAT! The carpet looks fluffy again. We feel relieved because if we need to push flooring out for a few more years we can do it since our carpet looks so good after ZeroRez cleaned them. Thanks!!
Also, our technician was great and very honest about the couple of stains we had and what is required to treat them and the possibility of them returning if the stain penetrated the padding below.
Cleaned carpet well
My main objective was to have my vents cleaned before my new born arrived. After going from 300, to 600, then to 750. My vents were never cleaned because apparently my ducts are to old. The vents should have been inspected before hand to tell me you cant do the job, I would have rather lost 100 dollars than spending well over my budget, and my vents are still not cleaned. I feel scammed and lost alot of money. I would have rather paid the 300 and worry about replacing the ducts now I cant afford another vendor or replacing ducts. I have to save all over again. So no I wouldn't refer anyone.

I ordered a grout sealant and it wasn't included on the instructions. The grout was not as clean as I would have liked.
