The technician was quick, thorough in explaining options and carpet looks good as new!
We know Zerorez will do a fantastic job of cleaning our carpets. We've used you a few times over the years and have yet to be disappointed. I recommended you to our daughter and she feels the same way. Years ago, we used another carpet cleaning company and were so disappointed. That was when we were told about Zerorez. I would never use another carpet cleaning company.
We have a dog and feel completely safe about letting him walk on the carpet after it's been treated knowing your product is pet safe.
Tech was able to get out stains that other cleaners left behind.
Darwin, as always, did amazing an consistently has provided exceptional customer service for 10 years. I can't say enough positive things about him. He does great work and represents your company exceptionally well. However, the big surprise to me was the exceptional experience I received from the call center rep who made my appointment. For the last few years, I got used to receiving TERRIBLE customer service from the call center. I was pleasantly shocked this time as the rep was friendly, polite, helpful and actually cared about what I wanted. I don't know his name but I'd like to tell him that he brightened my day and provided his customer with a great experience. He set the bar high again for the next time that I call.
Your techs are so kind and professional! My carpet always looks great when they leave, and they are upfront if they can't get something completely clean.
He was very professional and did an excellent job! I already have recommend to my brother and he is booked for an appointment this week.
My only feedback is dry time. We were told 5-6 hours over the phone and with our technician. However, it was over 12-6, and some parts (now almost 48 hours out) are still not dry. They were parts he had to do more of a deep clean due to a pet stain, but just something you might want to alert future customers too.

Wasn’t crazy about going from a window of time but not really knowing the expected time to the guy calling 30 min ahead of time. The service was supremely fast, the guy who came out was very nice, and I thought he had done a great job but upon writing this review, I just checked and the smell remains which is unfortunate for the price that I paid to remove it.
The TECH was very confrontational from the time he walked into the time he left.
I know what service I chose and he argued it, I’m in sales and that’s not how you handle that situation. I would’ve immediately called the office and had it corrected since that special was still in February.
After only 33 minutes of cleaning, he was bragging about the hair and dirt he pulled up ( I get that with my Bissell ). I told him it still looked and smelled bad. He again argued and said I had contractor grade carpet, very rude. I said the smell is still here, and he replied no it may just either be left over smell or on the walls.
I want a refund and at this point will NEVER do business with your group again.

I have previously completed this form. Freddy in Dallas was very professional and detailed. Our carpets looked so much better after he completed the task. The coupon we presented was honored in full, which is so nice. We experienced the "swith and bait" that same day with a plumbing company. As such, I appreciated ZeroRez even more.
