Good cleaning method better than all others
I was charged $60 extra for something called "biologic". This made the total $186 when my estimate was $126. To make things right you should credit my card for $60.

I like the way my carpets look after cleaning. I’ve had a couple of minor issues, but the company resolved them to my satisfaction. The service professional was on time and customer oriented.

I think cost and the tech's willingness to help move furniture. My condo is pretty small. The hall counted as a 3rd room is VERY small. The stairs and hall should have just been combined as a room. The area rug cost $225 and it only took him 7 or 8 minutes to clean. So even after discounting the 3 rooms @ $99 the cleaning cost ~ $330. Probably $200 to $250 would have been fair. Also I had moved furniture to one side of the room so tech could clean entire side then I wanted to move everything over to the clean side so he could finish entire room. Tech wanted no part of helping move some VERY light furniture. I'm 60 years old and moved it easily but it
would have been nice to have some help. I've already had one hernia repaired and probably should not be lifting much but nothing was very heavy. The guy was polite but not very motivated.
The carpet was left to wet did not soak up the extra water took two days to dry out carpeting I have had zero razz six or eight times in the past and was happy with their service but this time you left the carpet too wet

I like the concept of no residue left behind after cleaning and not using chemicals. I didn't give a 10 as the former owners of our house we just bought had dogs and there was a good bit of dog hair still on the carpet after cleaning. I realize this is partially my fault for not vacuuming more thoroughly before the cleaning (especially the stairs) but also didn't leave me with the feeling the carpet was thoroughly clean.
This tech was great and even did our runners without being asked. Would use again for sure!
One of the best experiences ever. Cesar was awesome explaining what he was finding and what he would do to address the issues. He also was the funniest individual we have dealt with. That personalized the experience. We still have the scent of pet dander but it is not as prevalent.

I got my sectional cleaned... I was quoted 250 then told it was over sized when they got here and added extra to it. That’s fine , if it could make my couch look better, but still had many stains and looks the same as before...: I didn’t feel it was any cleaner.
