Agent wasn’t able to clean the sofa
Tech did a decent job. Was rather quick though and instead of checking to see how clean the water was coming out of the carpet, he just ran the equipment over one time and was done. I had to ask him to turn unit on again and go back over room

After a weekend issue with my dog needed immediate cleaning of carpet. I called at 7;30 in the morning was put on schedule by 10;00, Tyler was at my door by 8;30. Carpet was treated and cleaned looks perfect, so needless to say I was happy. Tyler was clean,polite, helpful since I am 83 and unable to move certain items, he removed items, replaced them on blocks......this is 3vrd time I’ve used zerorez and it’s the only option for carpet cleaning for my family.

Easy to schedule. Great customer service. Modified needs when present (scheduled 3 rooms but had 4 rooms cleaned)
Our carpets were cleaned because of previous pet owners. The smell from the carpet is worse today than before the carpets were cleaned.
There was no difference in my rug after cleaning.
They removed all of the stains. Great Job
