Cleaned carpet and tile floor really well. Torrance was very professional!
An overall great job! My husband & I prefer the soapless cleaning (steam) & I have to say after the recommended 5 hrs. to dry before walking on carpet, the carpet was very dry. Zerorez did a great job. Impressed! The young men (2) were informative w/the process & nice to converse with.

My carpet is clean and looks great, and your technician was very knowledgeable and professional.
Carpet was left with stripes on it. I did call and make a comment and ask for advice from a representative. It’s an older carpet and we weren’t expecting nag miracles, but this is the third time there have been dirty water stripes. We are working from home and don’t have time for someone to come back. The technician was very nice, so I don’t wish to get him in any trouble. When this happened before, a manager came and used a carpet rake or some thing and it seemed to get rid of the stripes. He said every technician is supposed to do this. I had to leave the house, so my husband didn’t ask the tech to use the rake.
Do good job
The service was great and the technicians have always done an excellent job. The end result matches what they advertise. I've quit using other carpet cleaning companies since I started using them.
Some of the stains are starting to come back

Polite, competent technician. Clean, chemical free products. Kitchen tile/grout - look like new. 16 year old carpet is clean. Worn but clean. Sofa looks shade lighter - also like new. Very pleased!
You did not remove the stains that I paid you to remove. I would like at least a partial refund

Some simple stains were not removed and an area that had spilt candle wax was left. The candle wax was not removed

Excellent
I explained to the technician our problem with pet odors. We just got a small puppy, who has had many accidents on the carpet. Now it's the next day and the odors are back - it is as if nothing was cleaned.
I rechecked the website and there is no way to specifically select pet odor removal, even though the procedure is described as a solution to remove pet odors. I wish the technician would have offered this specific treatment as an option since we clearly have seriously soiled carpets. I would have paid more for extra treatment if I had known the cleaning procedure he used would not get rid of the smell. It really felt like a waste of time and money.
While the technician was friendly, I was bothered that he didn't wear his mask properly in our home, with his nose exposed most of the time.
Excellent results on cleaning my 20 year old pale grey wool carpet. It looks new again! The technician was friendly, courteous and shared several tips on maintaining the carpet. This was my first time using Zerorez and won't be the last.
We like the process that doesn’t leave soap or residue in your carpet. The service and personnel are very courteous and do a good job.
The bathroom carpet in the master bedroom wasn't cleaned , my mailer said up to 4 room carpet cleaning 99.00 and 10 dollar disposal fee I believe I paid 123 and change. But what was clean is clean
