Although you all were not able to come at the scheduled time on a Thursday (the service tech got behind and - the make it that day) = the new service tech the next day came first thing in the morning, on time, and did a great job
Too expensive, minimum total fees and environmental fees. I saw no difference in color or texture of carpet after cleaning.

We would have no one else but Zerorez to clean our carpets as they are the best. We have several pets and when the tech gets through cleaning the carpets they look brand new. We like that Zerorez uses no detergents, toxic chemicals, or residue. The carpets dries within several hours after cleaning; not like the other companies where it takes six to eight hours to dry. Our tech, Bobby Johnson was very outgoing and courteous. Within a few weeks we will be cleaning our tile in the kitchen and laundry room and who else but Zerorez will be doing it.

I appreciate the products are eco friendly and eliminate the harsh chemicals most other companies use. Additionally, the technician that was assigned to my project was a 10/10. Mario was extremely knowledgeable, friendly, honest, and explained everything in advance. Didn't feel like I was being oversold but provided recommendations based on the condition of my floors.
Your employee made my experience good. First time i had the cleaner walk me through what he actually did. He offered to help me move a piece of furniture. I said thank you. But I didn't need his help, I just appreciated the ask. Very professional young man. Carpets came out good. Thank you.
was not happy with the can spray of grout sealant. Have smears on tile floors.
Technician was amazing. The dispatch/ scheduling and customer service was horrible. No one showed up for my scheduled appt. I was told I was bumped to the next day. My time the second day was 4-6. Technician showed up at 630. Customer service did not apologize and did nothing to compensate me for my troubles.

The person that came out was on time and did a great job cleaning our couches and explaining the different options for services. He got out water stains I didn’t even think would come out. Great job!
I saw strength in the equipment. My carpet is white and it was important to me to get it deep cleaned. I saw the proof in the outside tube. Loved the smell of freshness left behind and your guys were professional and friendly. Little disappointed the quote was incorrect.

Too expensive for cleaning floor tile even with a 20% coupon. Also, it would be good if technician put little paper or some barrier under feet of furniture on carpet after cleaning. Previous companies have done this and I appreciate it.
