Zerorez does not use harsh chemicals in their cleaning products. They are careful with your furniture and care about your safety and satisfaction. I will use Zerorez from now on to clean all my carpets.

So far stains has not come back ,tech explains everything to me beforehand, tech got out stains left from other carpet cleaning companies
My area rug is not as clean as I was hoping it would be. I noticed areas that are still stained compared to other areas of the rug.

Friendly, informative and professional Tech came out and it was appreciated very much that he showed my husband where/how the additional upgrades in service actually made an impact in the final results of my carpet and tile.
I like that I was presented with great customer service by both the technician and the representative that made the appointment for me. The tech came in knowing his business with carpet cleaning, he answered all questions I had regarding the carpet cleaning, with honest answers. I loved the black light used to look for pet urine or cleaner. Above all I loved how the technician cleaned .
Quick and easy with no lingering smell or residue
Raymond was very professional when he showed up at my door.
He explained the process and was very thorough. He continued to tell me he was there for me and whatever we needed to get the job done.

I was really expecting more. There was lines on my carpet after it dried up . The carpet looked as it it had a white film on it. Was not to thrill.
Time management.
I am a New customer and scheduled a appoint a week prior. The appointment was set at 10am-12pm arrival time. At 11:45 I grew concerned to verify time and ETA. The customer service rep explained that the technician was at previous appointment, and maybe arriving at 12:30.
Arrived at 12:50. I required pet stain removal in 1 room, a spot flash, and included carpet protection.
I definitely didn't think about time constraints when I scheduled, I had to pick up child from school by 3pm.
I left the technician to finish by himself, as I had other activities to meet.
I asked him to close the door as he left.
My husband returned home at 3:45, the technician was already gone.
Work was acceptable. Carpets look new. The cost was more than expected. The advertised priced 4 rooms for $99, the technician explained expired, but he gave us the extra room free.
With all included items total was $345.
I wish you could be more upfront with all additional service prices as well.
Professionalism
The technician was very courteous, knowledgeable and professional. He took the time to explain to us everything he would be doing and then showed us photos of what he had done. My husband could already tell a difference in his breathing after just one day.
The service provider was awesome pointing out and going over everything he was doing with me. Really appreciated his insight!
No perfumes or fragrances.
However, when I asked to have the carpets done a second time on the original day, knowing it usually takes two times to clear enough allergens when it's from previous people's pets, I was assured it would be fine both on the phone, and again by the technician when he cleaned. When I called customer service the day after the cleaning, stating my allergies were still bad, they did have the technician come out again and the carpets were done a second time. After the second cleaning I stopped having to take allergy meds constantly (I am on a 4-6 hour medication). So it did work as expected, just annoying to have to convince them it would take twice over and have wet carpets for two days straight.
The service, efficiency, and results. It's all great. I've used your service several times for different properties.

Always professional & timely.
Several things - I was asked to go upstairs to check out the room that was just finished to see if it was ok, when I came back down the stairs and stepped onto my tile floor I slipped and fell very hard on my knee cap. I literally could not move for over 5 minutes and it is still swollen and hurts two days later. The technician apologized for not warning me that my shoes would be wet. On top of that, there were puddles of water on my tile floor at the bottom of the stairs on both sides (I have a landing with 4 steps that go down on each side) and water drips on my tile floor all the way out to the front door. I had to clean all of this up because the technician left without doing it and I didn't want to fall again or have my son fall. I was also told that the carpet would be dry in about 6 hours. It was still wet 14 hours later which makes me wonder how much liquid was put on the carpet, and soaked into the pad that wasn't sucked up. I will never use Zerorez again.

Show up at the appointment time, keeping me informed. Good, competent technicians.
