Great job removing pet stains and odors
Prompt, on-time, and courteous service. Able to get an appointment within a week. Excellent technician who covered the process and performed excellent cleaning. Pricing was exactly as quoted online - no surprises. Online app was easy to use for both understanding pricing and setting an service appointment. I'm a long-time Zerorez customer, and will continue use and refer to family and friends.
When the tech came in and tried a sample clean, he realized that he could not get rid of the stain. He ask if we wanted him to just do a spot clean that it would be cheaper. We agreed on a spot clean. Then when he finished he gave me the price of $300 something. I told him what he said, that it would be cheaper to do the spot cleaning. Then he stated that he cleaned the whole sofa. But he did not clean the whole sofa because I pointed out two other spots for him to clean. When he came here he should had some spot cleaner with him. Most of the stains are still there.

The technician was great! Very professional and nice. Clearly explained the process, the results I could expect and went over any questions I had. He took note of any specific spots that I noticed and explained why some spots wouldn’t be able to be removed (UV damage/paint stains/corner dust).
We use Zerorez exclusively. The cleaning and service is exceptional. We have never been disappointed and will use them without question in the future..
