its not that you disappointed me...i had expected to have my carpets cleaned for the coupon price...not knowing that you charge for "spots"...I assumed this came with the carpet cleaning. the coupon was for 3 rooms and 4 room free... I didnt have 4 rooms and wanted the 3 rooms cleaned and pathways in two other Bedrooms only...Everything was an additional cost...ending up costing over 300. including a 15.00 tip my husband gave to the employee.
I just didnt expect to pay for spots and the expense..

We were very satisfied with our services. Our technician went out of his way to be polite and make sure we were satisfied with the work performed.

The basic service is to clean the fibers of the carpet. Anything else to be cleaned is extra, and it's not cheap. I feel that ZeroRez gets customers by providing the baseline service at a reasonable price, but really makes their money on the additional services such as pet stain remover, or any stain remover, or topical treatment, or area rug cleaning, all of which are very expensive. Next time I think I might try another service that includes treatments even though they may be slightly more expensive up front. Your technician was very nice and did a good job.

The technician was nice. He was in and out in about an hour. I paid extra for two rooms to have the bio done due to pet stains and it doesn’t seem to have worked in my master bedroom. The smell is still there and I have used my spot bot machine and it has pulled up so much. This was the main reason for the service was to take care of my master bedroom.

I called on Friday for rates and really needed the work done ASAP! They made it work for me that same afternoon. The floors look great and we were pleased. Thank you.
