I like that my floor is really clean without chemicals and that the carpet dried quickly.

CJ was excellent! He explained everything he was going to do and worked hard to remove some stains that were imbedded in carpet. Very polite and pleasant young man. Very pleased with the job!

I thought the employee did a fabulous job on informing us of his progress, allowing us to review the work as he cleaned each section of the house. I would rate him a 10 out of a 1 to 10 scale. Excellent job! Because of his work I will always use your company for future carpet and floor cleaning.

Tech explained a great deal about process, do;s andvdobt’s.
Technician showed up sick. Spent 20+ minutes in the bathroom. Congested with runny nose too. Did a poor job on cleaning the grout. Visible spots that were missed. Been a loyal customer for years but this was unacceptable.
