thought the technician was critical of our flooring in an attempt to push sales. Its carpeting, if there were not areas to clean why would I need to use your service at all?
Also thought you process caused way too much carpet buckling.
Great Technicians and great & honest service!
Both appts were over an hour and a half late after the allotted two hour timeframe with no correspondence. I arranged childcare and carved out a day to get these services and your business was not respectful of my time.
I was told the tile sealing and cleaning would arrive between 1-3. I called to check and was told 3:30. I had to call back at 4:15 when no one had shown because I had to go get my kids. The customer service associate did not say anything apologetic or act as if it was an issue. She simply said when can we reschedule as if it is simple to just find a time for someone to watch my young children.
Furthermore, the air duct service men told me I would receive photos and videos of the before and after which I have not received.
I am disappointed as your customer service leading up to the day of seemed professional.
I was offered 10 percent off my reschedule and I believe I should have received a discount off the air duct as well since y’all were so late.
I don’t even want to reschedule though because 2 out of 2 appts were extremely late with zero communication which is simply unprofessional.

Provide ample time to the customer for any delays. Due to circumstances offer options to customers as a courtesy to the customer rather than only offering a reschedule.. offering options to the customer offering the most convenience to the customer should be part of business as usual

We have been a Zerorez customer for well over a decade. Carpets and rugs are clean, soft and dry quickly. They protect your doorframes with corner guards to prevent scarring paint and are careful in your home. I appreciate the ease and efficiency of booking an appointment online. The price doesn’t change when they get to your home unless you make a mistake in describing areas to be cleaned. I recently assumed cleaning a 9x12 area rug was equal to the cost of cleaning a 9x12 room. Rugs are more expensive, but the technician easily adjusted the cost and got me taken care of quickly.

Overall service was excellent and good quality of work; however Seth our sales rep, missed a couple of steps, such as scheduling an earlier time to come and work on our management office without first seeking approval from myself, and our assistant manager gave Seth clear directions on Billing and the invoices were not followed as such. We had to reach out to you guys so that billing was in the proper order. I also gave Seth a map of the areas that needed to be cleaned, and this was not provided to the service technician so I needed to walk the areas again with the Technician. Overall the quality of work was good and the important stains were removed; however better communication from the sales rep would have resulted in a perfect score.
Carpet was wet for longer than expected.
The people who come out to do the work are always hard workers and try to please. The bill always inflates a little, but somehow you feel good about it in the end. The carpet looks like brand new .....,

I was surprised that the guy didn't show my wife all the residue I am sure he sucked out of the carpet. The last guy that did them left them with a lot of soap residue. She just said he didn't talk much.
