Todd was our technician and he did a great job - the carpets look great! He was very efficient and thorough. I would highly recommend Zerorez.

Work was good. Primary recommendation I would make is that the Tech kept telling me for each request I made that he probably wouldn't be able to do it very well. He could have put a much more positive spin on saying "no."
EXAMPLE: I was concerned about some of the "indentations" due to furniture sitting there. He said he couldn't resolve that. Instead, I would suggest he said something like "there are some limitations on how much can be done but I will try my best to address your request."
Nick, our technician, was extremely insightful and friendly.
The technician came in with a black light flashlight and proceeded to show us all the “places” he alleged that had pet urine on the carpet. Several of the spots he said were fresh, which was impossible because they had previously been covered up. I also told him that if they were fresh they would have been at least moist which they were not. And if there were that many that were supposedly fresh it would have smelled heavily of urine which it did not. So we agreed to let him do the pet treatment because of he insistence that it was all urine. Then after cleaning the carpet was clean but looked the same with the spots, which he then said it would not remove all of it. I was unhappy then, but then when signing the agreements, he had me sign that I refused the pet treatment, which is what we agreed he would do and he said something along the line that we had only picked the basic treatment. Then we saw the detailed invoice and it said that because we refused the pet treatment the spots would most likely get bigger and would not go away. So why did we pay $120.00 extra for what we were told was pet treatment???
My service tech Kadeem W. was very knowledgeable & professional. Be sure to give this guy a raise he rocks. I will be using your company again for all my carpet cleaning needs.

Arrived earlier than appt (this is good but, meant I couldn’t be there). Did 2 rooms, rather than 3, plus stairs. No reason why? Spots left on stairs, and discolored area in bedroom? Called and spoke to Erica who asked for pics of the areas. No one has responded in over a week. Sent email again, missed a call on Friday following my email and tried to call back. After 20 mins on hold, I was sent to voice mail. Left a detailed message and no return call?!?
The staff was friendly and knowledgeable. The carpets dry soft, smell clean and look great. I use Zerorez annually.
The main reason we had you come in was to clean the carpet in our master bedroom. The carpets were bearly wet an hour after the technician left. He was instructed to use the deodorizer in that room, but the room still smells as it did before the service was done.
Would like for another technician to come out and reclean the master bedroom. Did not call yesterday because of Easter weekend.

Technician Nelson was awesome!
My invoice stated three rooms for 99 dollars . A hall way and game room was added on.
Upon inspection only two rooms were done hall way and game room . The associate you came didn’t finish or forgot to Fido the third room . My husband left a voicemail immediately after the cleaner left and noticed the last room wasn’t done but the office was closed
