The service tech was great! However, I think we miscommunicated because I wanted the kitchen floor to be cleaned and sealed. Based on the invoice, the floor was cleaned but not sealed. I would like to have it sealed. Should I call to make another appointment.

The carpet cleaning was very effective & the technician was very thorough & personable. Arrived st promised time & did a great job.
They don’t leave the carpet soaked. They are normally on time, courteous and Pricing is reasonable.

We had you come out and clean and seal our tile in the entryway, kitchen and dinette. There was an inch to 2 inch line around the baseboards that was gray and had not been cleaned. We had a technician come back but all he did is try to clean the grout next to the baseboard by hand. That did not work and we still had the line around the baseboards. I got out my power scrubber and finished the job. The technician said that area would not come clean. Alas, it did come clean. We paid $440 with a $20 tip and I had to finish the job. We have used your company more than once to clean our carpet and never had a complaint.

Fast and friendly
The technician was courteous, friendly, efficient and helpful. I believe his name is Terry. Zerorez has always performed well for me. Great work. Thanks.
The actual cleaning service was great. I expected that, of course. There was no reason to think Zerorez wouldn’t do a truly professional job, although these days even that can be hard to find.
The real star of the show though was Mario. The homeowner of the house I had cleaned using Zerorez was feeling very upset and combative well before Mario got blindsided by her. To make things worse, I was running several hours late. I had been panicking inside—what if she chased him off? What if she talks him into adding all kinds of services that aren’t in the budget? I arrive 2 hours after our appointment to find Mario wrapping up. He had been politely answering the homeowners interrogation questions the entire time. He knew what it could do to my position if he simply started adding charges without speaking with me. He was also just good conversation, and before he left he wound up telling me all kinds of helpful things about my own job that I’m ashamed to admit I was completely oblivious to.

He did not put protectors under the feet of my wood furniture. Moved very little furniture. Previous time, did a better job. This wasn't bad but wasn't as good.

Carpet did not get as clean as I desired.
The techs were good but the job done were okay. The previous tenant had a dog and once the carpet were dried there was very strong smell in the carpet. We had to replace carpet and padding in the master bedroom.
