Had to mop the floor after technician left due to streaking. Also water was left on my wood floor, not cleaned up.
Every employee was kind and respectful. Our carpet is cleaner than it has ever been. This is the only way we will have our carpets cleaned from now on!!

We paid additional for the pet treatment as we were told it would prevent smells from resurfacing, but there is a weird smell in our theater room. For that reason, I am a little disappointed considering how much we paid for the service. Our service tech was great and our couch looks fantastic!

Perfect service again. This is second time I've used Zeroez for cleaning furniture and outdoor cushions & pillows at an HOA I manage. Great personnel and detailed service at a decent price. Highly recommend!

Better fragrance and assistance in moving furniture
The service man was on time, he explained everything he suggested needed to be done. Then told me what he would be doing. My carpets look amazing and there was not smell from the cleaning process. I would highly recommend this company.

I was notified by the office as well as via text message by the technician regarding an earlier arrival time other than what I'd selected from the options on your scheduling page.
I told both the office staff via phone and replied to his/her text message that the time should NOT be altered.
He decided to disregard my denial of an earlier arrival and showed up anyway since his prior appointment had closed earlier than expected - no bueno.
Additionally,, if the tech had arrived within that offered and selected time window, I would have been able to pay him. So now my payment will be remitted via USPS w/a money order.

No stains were removed.
We have had Zerorez for the last 5 years and they do an exceptional job. Very professional, courteous, and respectful. We have referred them to many and already referred to 2 others which will be calling them. We will have them out again next year!
Carpet looks Great, to took awhile to dry but definitely will call again.
