There was no communication between the original duct clean failed appointment and the second. Our lack of a 220 outlet forced a delay of 5 day delay. Not very professional!
The carpet clean was quickly done and a major spor reappeared 24 hours after work was done. This does not speak well for an alleged professional workmanship.

The technician was supposed to arrive between 10-noon. About 1215 I called the office and they said he was running late and that it would be 130pm. Then I got a text about 1 saying he was 40 minutes away. The lack of communication is what frustrated me the most. If the tech was going to be late just let us know. Had I not called it would have been an hour past time before I officially got any communication. The cleaning was good but the tardiness and lack of communication was a zero in my book. They gave us a discount or I honestly would have sent the guy down the road.
Your pricing model is very bait and switch. My initial bill was supposed to be around $500, but went up to $800 by the time you added additional fees for pet state n remover (that was the whole reason I hired you) and length of couch. You should have been more transparent from the start. Your tech was very nice and professional, but it’s doubtful I’ll do business with a company with so many hidden fees again.

Needed an apt. move out cleaning and zerorez did not disappoint. The carpet looked almost new. They were able to remove stains that I thought for sure would require replacement.

Great service for the price
Our home's carpet is 10 years old and we have 3 dogs who have the occasional accident. We are attempting to sell our home and felt that this was a sore point. Zerorez's associate, Fabian, diligently worked on the toughest spots on the floor and I'm happy to report that his efforts were effective in not only improving the appearance of the carpet, but also our home's odor. We no longer have to dread our next showing or our Open House this Saturday! Thanks, Fabian!
