Very professional, the two men worked very hard and while taking their time finished in a timely manner. My carpets are only 2 years old and looked great when they left. Thank you! I have 3 dogs and 1 cat, they're all small pets but have their fair share of making the house hairy and messy. My carpets look so nice & clean, and they dried pretty quickly with my ceiling fans. The technician was very nice, knowledgeable, & professional. He answered all my questions, & I won't hesitate to use Zerorez again.

The techs were good but the job done were okay. The previous tenant had a dog and once the carpet were dried there was very strong smell in the carpet. We had to replace carpet and padding in the master bedroom.
The service tech was great! However, I think we miscommunicated because I wanted the kitchen floor to be cleaned and sealed. Based on the invoice, the floor was cleaned but not sealed. I would like to have it sealed. Should I call to make another appointment.
