How did we disappoint you and what can we do to make things right?

I had damage done to my house and I reached out immediately to Zerorez. Nothing was done. The tech was cranky and unkind. I did not enjoy having him in my house and I was not happy when he damage my baseboards and stair rails. I have always loved Zerorez. I have been using them for 10 years, but after this I may look somewhere else.

Jeremy did a superb job in cleaning the air ducts in our home. Very competent, very friendly, very fun to work with. I recommend him and the service he provides to everyone whose home has air ducts that can become allergen-producing 'factories' in one's own home.!

The couch came out good after second cleaning and tech was very good. I just don’t recommend services to people unless I am blown away with results and I just wasn’t.
