I paid for a topical pet stain remover after the tech said he thought it would work. Immediately afterwards, while the carpet was wet, it looked like the carpet was clean. When it dried 3 stains showed up (1large and 2 small). I called after I got an email from Zerorez saying to call if I was not happy. I was told the warranty wasn't valid bc we had declined the more expensive treatment. I was told it would be anothero $400+ for them to clean it with 5 gals of the expensive cleaner. I said 5 gals seemed like a lot for 3 spots. He then said $250. I offered to split the cost and he said he couldn't do that and offered a 5% discount. Having already paid over $200 plus a cash tip, I said no thanks and expressed by dissatisfaction. I will not be using Zerorez again. Very disappointed.

The technician was polite and thorough and fair. When he saw how little carpet was in a bedroom, he added the walk-in closet to that room instead of charging another room. He communicated expectations clearly.

Service Rep, Keith, was prompt and courteous. Had a few spots that he was able to treat and remove. Carpets look great! Would highly recommend.

The carpet in one bedroom is not clean. I paid for pet odor removal and the the carpets stink.

I've been using Zerorez for a few years and I'm always pleased with the job done.

The service has been going down the last few times ghat I have the carpets cleaned. Not everything is being done and seems that the staff is trying to race to get out of there asap. Never had the carpets cleaned in less than 30min. Which has happened the last 2 times.

The carpet is lighter but there was zero improvement to any stain.

I appreciated the throughness of the cleaning of my extra thick carpet. They were in and out in a speedy fashion. Definitely will use them again.

Our technician was wonderful and did an excellent job! We were very pleased with the result as well. We did have some issues with scheduling where we were told it would be one day but then they canceled on that day. They were able to reschedule for that coming weekend before our renters moved into the house thankfully. Overall a really great company!

Diamond provided an excellent representation of service. He was very polite and did an excellent job of cleaning my carpet. The cleaning process with the high Tech wand is amazing. All your techs should have those. I will request Diamond on my next cleaning for sure!

You don’t try to upsell. You don’t use chemicals. The carpet dries in a reasonable time. The carpet looks good when you leave. Courteous person who came.
