He did amazing job. Very professional
The person that service my whole house carpet did a good job with my carpet. It feels so clean and he worked hard cleaning it. He stayed a pretty good time in each room to make sure that most of the spots are gone but the on my one room which a lot worst he was able to get rid of 90% of the stain.
I'm happy with his work and I'm hoping that he will still be with Zerorex next year when I need my carpet clean again.

Professional service, good quality clean without a chemical smell
This is the second time we had Zerorez out to clean our carpets. THe first time we were very satisfied. We sang your praises to others. This time, we were a little disappointed. Our person was nice, arrived on time, etc. He did not really focus on stains at all unless I mentioned each one. He left an entire section in the middle of one of our rooms untouched. That section was completely dry. I was just disappointed with the results overall. If I use you all again, I would love to have our first technician come back! He was the best!
Our carpet looks brand new again! Hands down the best carpet cleaning service we have ever used and will definitely use again. He paid special attention to hard to clean spots. The carpet was damp to the touch, but not over saturated when he finished. It looks beautiful! Great job!

The tech tried very hard to upsell me and then quite frankly just really didn’t do a very good job cleaning my carpets. While they are cleaner, he could have done another pass or two and doubled the effect. Not terribly impressed.

Carpet was still dirty after very quick cleaning. I asked the tech why it was still dirty and she committed that what I was seeing was the wear pattern, especially onn the stairs. We plan to rent a carpet cleaner to actually clean our carpets after paying zerorez $200+ Dollars. We are not pleased!

Unfortunately stains in the stairwell were not removed. We have used other services and always had the Stains removed. Not this time. I did speak with the tech who tried to upsell me several things and made excuses how the stains could not be removed. I am curious if I would have allowed the price to be doubled if the stains would have come out. Not. Very good experience. I will know in the future not to use ZeroRez and contact a local contractor who needs the business. Very disappointing.

Your technician was great, experienced, worked rapidly and took up all existing stains.
Our tech did an excellent job! My husband uses a walker. Our tech got as much water out of our carpet before leaving and told me to keep the house as cool as possible to make it dry faster. IT WORKED!!! We were able to have my husband use his walker on the carpet later that night.
Fabian was my carpet cleaner and he was great! I would ask for him every time if that is possible.

I’ve used zerorez for years. This is the first time my carpet feels crunching. Not sure what has changed but it’s not a good feeling.
