Zerorez is awesome. The only carpet company I use. Carpets are very clean, no residue so they aren’t “crunchy “, and look like new. Employees are always kind, professional, well mannered and thoughtful. They really are experts. Trevor was exceptional.

Besides cleaning carpets without chemicals, you have an incredible employee in Diamond. My wife and I were so pleased with the work he did. He made our old, worn-out carpeting look nearly new.

The technician did not show up as scheduled and we had to call in to get someone out. The replacement technician showed up several hours later and did a great job but the timing threw us off for the rest of the day. We had our dog boarded for the day and wanted the carpet to dry before we picked her up but could not do that due to be late start.

I have been loyal customer for over 15 years and have always referred customer, I had a issue with my service and it has yet to be resolved I have ask for someone higher up to call me and no one has bothered to take the time to follow up
