We have had other popular carpet cleaning companies come out but none of them could lift the puppy pee all over a bedroom and deep set stains. They pulled it right out!! we are sticking with zero Rez you guys are terrific!!

Was on time and great job
The technician was great, he was there on time, polite, and cleaned up great. The only reason I give lower stars is because i did the $99/3 room special, but was never told about the additional fees. All in all I paid $147. Just felt very bait and switch to me.

The technician who cleaned the carpets was reckless with the hose- it banged into the door frames as he worked in a room. He was on his phone not working for several minutes. Didn't want us watching. The waivers we signed afterwards, weren't clear. Wasn't straight forward at the before beginning.

Your technician was a bit on the rude side. I have used your services many times, and had always been very happy, with both, the quality of your service, as well as your technicians. This time, not so much with your technician, nor the quality of his work.
Our technician Ty was very skillful, thorough, friendly and courteous. The carpets seemed very clean when he left.
The service man did a fantastic job cleaning my carpets. He did exactly what I asked him to do which was get around all the edges of the carpet in the room. He is also very polite and nice. I will use zerores anytime I need my carpets cleaned.
