The tech was in our home less that 20 minutes total.
Never asked if we had spots that needed attention.
I pointed out a spot … “nope thats bleach, it won’t come up”. when i knew what it was and was a spill from the day before!
If it cant be removed … fine, but argumentative doesn’t work for me.
Then charges extra …

The technician who cleaned our carpets did an excellent job. He was efficient and friendly. The carpets look wonderful. Zerorez has consistently done a great job on our carpets - particularly with one room that has a stain issue. Each time Zerorez has cleaned it, the carpet has looked good for months before the stain started to reappear. And each time, less and less stain comes back.
I also appreciate that Zerorez does not try to sell me all kinds of stuff.

One favor I would ask is to please clean the footprints off the floors left in process of cleaning the carpet.

It would have been nice to know upfront about the extra "fees" that were charged: one for $9.00 and the other for $19.00. I had to call in about the extra $28.00 I was charged for when I paid the bill. I was told in the beginning that it would cost $375 and so that was what I expected to pay (plus tax) . Not so

Our carpets look wonderful after being cleaned by CJ! He was thorough and professional!
Not attentive to stains. After the carpet was finished, I used hot water with a spray bottle and removed eight stains with very little effort. In addition, the most obvious oversight was two additional stains of which one was about a 2"x2" indention in the carpet that looked like a depression. Although it was a depressed area when examined I found the darker look was due to greasy residue. The other area was larger about 1'x2' having an orange like appearance in color. With much greater effort I applied hot water spray and tamped with towels to remove these stains. After the tech had completed the job and it was completely dry the fiber nap looked relaxed showing very little pile height. When I spoke to Rigo he indicated the tech may have omitted a step and suggested a redo using the original tech. He indicated this was basically done (using the same tech) to learn how to better do the job. I stated I it would be better that someone else try. The total conversation with Rico took about an hour until he finally agreed to have a supervisor do the job for the revisit. We had to cancel for personal reason. After much thought I doubt we will follow up on your offer.
Terrell did a nice job on our small area of carpet, but I was disappointed when your scheduler told me that “technically” we didn’t qualify for the Texas Ranger tickets I had just received an email about.
