Michael our Technician was great, very friendly and responsive. He did a great job, we asked him to go over the visible spots on the rug and he did. Two spots were not able to come out, but it was not for trying, he went over them numerous times.

The service was fast and scheduling was very easy .
We have had techs skip steps when cleaning our carpets...they don't scrub the carpets before the cleaning. We were not aware until the 4th time when they were scrubbed. I mentioned that it wasn't done previously and was told that it should have been done. Also hard sell to purchase products we didn't need. I've had to call for a 2nd cleaning twice.
