No use of chemicals

My tech came way earlier than I expected without the 30 min call. I knew he would likely be early but had to leave work as no call was made to me that he was 30 minutes out. Price changed but they did honor the original quote. Also his tool broke and had to wait for a replacement. The hose kept my door open in 100 degree weather while he waited the entire time for the replacement.

Hi! Great service, my carpets look brand new! Javier did an amazing job. He was on time even a little early, walked me through the process, answered all my questions, was very polite and extremely careful inside the house. He worked very efficiently, was done quickly but yet did a very good job. Five stars service and technician. hope he gets a raise because of the outstanding service he provides.

The technician, Terrell, was courteous, knowledgeable about the cleaning treatments and professional. He did an excellent job. We were satisfied with Zerorez services.

My area rug looks no cleaner at all

The entire process was great.

I booked five weeks ahead of time and requested first appointment of the day as this was a whole house move out carpet clean. I was assured that that was possible. Three days ahead of the appointment I received notification that the technician would arrive between 10 and 12. I called to remind them that we were to be the first of the day and were told that 10am was the earliest in my area. The representative assured me that the tech would be there atv10 and be done by noon. There was no furniture to move. The technician showed up at 1130 and was still cleaning at 1:30. We were moving out of the city and needed to be on the road early. I was not satisfied with the responses or problem solving. The tech did a good job but had to drive an hour from his “first” appointment of the day. Not at all happy with customer service and will never use your services again or recommend you to anyone.

My technician was excellent. On time, explained everything, worked efficiently and was a good representative for the company.

Great oet treatnent my floors are great

Carpets and rugs are clean, soft and dry quickly. Staff are professional and friendly and the process takes very little time. It’s easy to schedule and the staff communicate when they are on their way. Have used Zerorez for over 20 years in three different cities in the US and the service is consistent across the board.

Less chemicals than the competition. Works well, couch got much cleaner. Technician was great, answered all my questions.

Easy to make a reservation and great service from my technician. This is my second time using Zerorez--I'd definitely recommend them and will use them again.

You have always done a good job-the only thing I didn't like was the opportunity to add a tip at the end. Tipping and/or extra charges a becoming a big problem. I don't tip my bank teller, accountant and just everyone that is providing a service.

The technician James is a very nice, affable and honest young man with a great deal of knowledge which he is willing to share. To be fair, he had an almost impossible task in getting the old and very stained carpets clean. He explained why we needed to spend $300 to get them and the underpadding truly clean. However, the carpet is too old and in too bad of shape to justify this spending. Plus, at this time that was an expenditure that we are unable to make. So he did the $137 basic cleaning job on carpet in one bedroom carpet and the paths around the furniture in a second bedroom. When he left, the carpets looked fantastic. However, just as he warned me, today some of the most egregious spots have started to reappear, At least I have the knowledge that the carpets are clean and will not attract more dirt. I like the fact that your cleaning is as pure as is possible.
