I was impressed and satisfied with the technician and the services he provided. I used to be a loyal customer of Stanley Steamer, but after using Zerorez, I have no need for them. They are using traditional methods that cost more to thoroughly clean my carpet. I am into trying new and improved methods.
Raphael was very persistent and did a great job on the entire home. Our problem area was the previous tenant leaving cat urine. He put extra work and money into the area but it still smells. Can we have a complimentary redo on that area?
the service tech was great and professional. however, the zerorez product application didnt do any better job than my carpet cleaning machine/vacuum.

My technician, Keith, was excellent. I added some cleaning to the service, ( bathroom wall tile and tile floors ) and he said no problem and cleaned them before the carpets. he was on time and did an excellent job. I would highly recommend him.
